Pathways

Significant pathways lists were computed using the ActivePathways method which takes the p-values of genes in a pathway into consideration; this is a more powerful and stringent approach compared to ranking pathways by the number of significant genes alone (see Pathways with significant genes column), which was used in the initial release of ActiveDriverDB (and is still provided for reference).
